This blog was text-heavy with no visuals, as the topic was about refrigerants, which is an arguably low-visual topic. This topic was not widely discussed by architecture firms and set KEPHART up as a true expert in the legislative regulations that affected multifamily buildings and their design. I sat in on a discussion with KEPHART professionals and their contractors to hear how the rules affect each side of the business and how the design can be changed to stay in good standing with the new regulations. Due to the text-heaviness of the blog, it was broken up with lists and highlighted quotes.
